I tried my best to arrange a cheaper means of shipping to you folks (and the EU for that matter). Unfortunately, we simply did not have enough international business to put your collective Pledge Rewards on a boat. Personally I wish we did well enough to just sub-contract out the work to local Casting Studios, but our final tally for pledges would of had to be at least 5 to 10 times what it was. There is always next time I suppose. To those of you abroad who stuck it out regardless, its on you to make all your fellow counteymen so very jealous of your pledge rewards. So that next time we can bring in some real international support!
I have been advised by multiple sources to wait a period of 14 days to send out post-campaign Surveys and the Pledge Manager. I really wanted to have this available for you all this Tuesday. Unbeknownst to me, I will not be able to release the Surveys/Pledge Manager/Pre-Order Store until Nov. 25th anyways, as Backerkit requires a percentage fee based on a percent of the funded Campaign prior to sending out said emails. For some reason, I assumed I was in the magical funding land of Backerdom, and they would waive this fee until Kickstarter released the funds on the 25th. I just assumed the Sheriff of Backerkit would just take their cut in when that happened. Guess we'll all have to wait until Nov.25th, before I hand it over to the Prince myself lol.
TL;DR Survey Emails will not go out until after Nov.25th just in time for the America's most festive holiday, Black Wallet Death Weekend! We hope you join in on the tradition lol!
